Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am a divorced mother of 3 adult children. Two sons, ages 23 and 20, moved back home after the age of 18. How do I get them to move out of the house without eviction process or selling my home. They will not leave.

eviction is your only real option.

The only way is eviction. You let them move in. They are entitled to a Notice to Quit and a formal Forcible Entry and Detainer action
