Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I was divorced last year and in the divorce paperwork it states that I had to pay my ex up to $4000 towards a credit card that she was to supply me the most recent statement for. she never did. so i never paid her for it. cannot pay what i don't know the total is for. is there a statue of limitation on something like this for illinois?

No statute of limitations other than reasonableness. Send her a letter and keep a copy for yourself, send it certified.
