Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have been divorced for over a year, at the time i settled for a weekly payment for my part of the equity in our home, it was considered a lump sum for of maintance with was non modifable or non termateable for any reason. the ex now has stopped payments saying the home is not worth what it was a year ago and that i might owe him money back. is this possiable?
