can i get a divorve and have judge waive fee cause iam unemployed? and sposue is always having woman come over and says there is nothing going on with them, is he commiting adultery?

The court waive the filing fee depending on your income. He may be committing adultery, if prove an open and notorious relationship with a woman, but the grounds do not entitel you do anything extra in the division of property
