Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I drew up temporary gaurdian papers to my aunt for my two boys in illinois and now my aunt won't give them back. How do I go about getting my boys back legally�

Handing over children you have an obligation to parent without proper procedures is illegal in Illinois. Assuming you have birth certificates proving the children are yours, start with the police. If they are unwilling to get involved because of the "paperwork" or any other issue, you will need to consider immediate mandatory injunctive relief and an attorney's help is strongly recommended. Beware the aunt's complaining about you to DCFS or the police as having abandoned the children or guilty of neglect......
