No fault divorce in Illinois

What are the requirements in order to qualify for a ''no fault'' divorce in the state of Illinois.

Re: No fault divorce in Illinois

The parties need to live separate and apart for a minimum of 6 months. If the time period is less than 2 years but more than 6 months, the respondent needs to waive the waiting period.
