how to file
i was in illinois on 9 oct 2006 ,can i file for divorce now.? is there any time limit to file divorce.?i m domestic violance.

Hello. In Illinois the law requires that a person be a resident of Illinois for at least 90
days as of the time they file the petition for
dissolution of marriage. Will be happy to answer
