Grandparent visatation

my son's ex-girlfriend moved to illinois wlth our grandbaby that he is the leagal father of. They were never married. Do we have any legal rights for visitation and what rights do we have? and what do we need to do?

son to file a (parentage action) so that he

can legally be declared the father of his child.

This would greatly protect your right to see your
