Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I'm hardworking employed father who desperately needs advice on how to sue my children biological mother. The biological mother sued me for child support three years ago for her own personal reasons. I put the case in court and the judge awarded me full custody because it was proven the biological mother never enrolled my three children in school, she never took them to the doctor for check up and shots, never took the children to the dentist, she never brought them any food or clothes. She abused and neglected my children. How can I sue for her child support and back pay?
