Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Hello.

My husband is not paying his child support in Poland due to are family situation. His parents in Poland pay some of his child support. We are sending whatever we can afford but his ex wife took my husband to Polish court. He didn't go because I was after surgery. My question is, if there is a arrest warrant wanted for my husband in Poland for not paying child support ( stopped paying in 2010 ) can IL Police arrest him here? Please let me know.

Thank you
