Under Section 513 what is our real obligation to the 18y/o re: collage? Last time we gave her money, but she told us she paid her mothers part. The mother has a master degree but waits tables.

Hello and Happy New Year. You are obligated to contribute to college costs of your 18 year old based upon your ability to pay. Mom or your daughter or you could take this issue to court if a dispute arises. Will be happy to discuss this with you further and in more detail.
