My ex husband does not pay his child support despite court orders. What can i do?

Bring a petition for rule to show cause to ask the Court to hold him in contempt for failing to obey court orders. As part of the relief you request, ask for a judgment against him so you can then enforce it by collecting against bank accounts, garnish wages, et cetera. If you have an existing child support order and your spouse is employed, you need an order of withholding served on his employer so that the support is held out of his checks and paid directly to you. I recommend an attorney's assistance on this one.
