husband will and debts?
I'm not left anything in my 2nd husband will. Am I responsible for 1/3 of his debts and funeral expenses? He has more debt than assests.

Of course you are not responsible for other people's debts. If some of the debts were shared, that might be a different story. For example, a house mortgage remains the same. But a personal credit card for him would almost certainly not.
It's best for an attorney to review these issues IF there is substantial assets or hints of impropriety.
