Hi, I'm a Illinois resident. I'm currently going through a divorce. My wife and I have been living separately for 7 months. I have three kids. I was curious if I am able to date again? Is it considered adultery since we are still married? Can she use that against me in the divorce? I don't want to cause problems but I also want to move forward with my life.
