Custody Rights

The clearer your question, the clearer the answer. Here, I’m not at all clear on your question.

You state “choice of care.” Medical care? Day care? Other care?

You state “absence of my-ex husband and myself.” Absence?

Is your “ex-husband” the person with custody or someone else? Is it joint custody?

You state “rights.” As against whom? -- the child[ren]’s lawful custodian? a third party? your ex-husband?

Do you have a court order or custody agreement that addresses what your rights might be?

Please resubmit your question to the website. Thank you.
