Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I live in IL. My son is 11yrs old (will turn 12 in Sept) I'm the mom and he lives with me full-time, I have full custody..

Is there an age he can refuse to go see the non-custodial parent???

18 - frankly at some point - not 11, a court will listen to your child, but it depends on the reason claimed. IT is not 11, and it is a sliding scale between 11 and 18 - each case is different.
