Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If i live in illinois, and cannibis is now decriminalized, i am pregnant and was wondering if there would be any issues at the hospital/home since i smoke it for my nausea. I just dont want any issues before during or after taking my baby home. Can i or the baby be tested and have consequences for smoking marijuana?

Yes. But you need to hire an attorney if you plan on smoking pot while you are pregnant. You may also want to consult with your physician. There are medications to treat nausea.
