Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Log book

I have a copy of my husband's log book, in which he recorded days and hours that he worked in 1999(he's claimin he didn't work in 1999 - I know he did but he's hiding the his earnings) My attorney said the log book may not be admissable in court because it's only a copy

Please advise.

Hello. I agree with your

attorney. You probably would

have to show or verify that

the original does not exist.
