moving at 15
if there is verbal and mental abuse and my aunt has offered to take me in with my parents being divorced, do i have the choice to move with her? even if my dad says no.

Not unless the court finds your parents unfit, EXTREMELY hard to do. You need some pretty incredible proof, and keep in mind that many 15 year olds think they receive mental and verbal abuse from their parents, its part of being a teenager.
