Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am the non-custodial parent of my children. I do have parenting time with my kids (1 night a week, every other weekend and 50/50 in the summer.) I live in downstate illinois on the border of Indiana. I'm looking to move to Indiana about 20 miles or so from my current location. Do I need to ask a judge for permission?

As a NCP in theory no. However under the new law there is no such thing as a NCP, Have you told the CP of your intentions. How far away is the move? Dos it effect your ability to exercise your time with the kids? IF it does a new agreement should be reached.
