Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I need an opening statement for custody/modification of child support. I'm going to court in Illinois 4/13/11. I am going Pro Se. I am currently the custodial parent of 12 y.o. boy. My 15 y.o. girl had a baby and now my ex-husband is taking me to court for custody of the 12 y.o. and to stop paying child support for the 15 y.o. My ex is claiming she does not live with me, which is not true.
