I pay child support as well as half of the doctor bills and insurance premiums for my 2 kids. My ex has an employee funded hra that are paying for the childrens doctor bills. Do I still need to pay half of those bills ? I live in illinois.

It depends on what the Court order says. If you were ordered to reimburse your ex, then you have to follow that order. You can always petition the court to modify a child support order.
