Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am paying my ex wife about 28% of my income for child support. This was agreed upon during our divorce. Her attorney has asked for my current paystub and w2. I provide their health insurance and we split dr costs. I provide everything for them in my home. I have them every other weekend and 2 overnights in the week which equals to 6 overnights every 2 weeks. Could I be looking at more child support if she takes me to court?

It depends on whether or not there has been an increase in your income. The amount of time you spend with your children has nothing to do with how much support you will be required to pay. The 28% of your net after-tax income is mandated by statute and will not change absent extenuating circumstances.
