Can i go and pick up my stuff?

I came to visit my mother and had problem with my husband so i am not going back. He is changing our apartment recently i have my name ont the lease of the new apartment but have not signed it. CAN I GO AND PICK UP MY STUFF? What else can i take from the apartment? If i sign the lease and enter the apartment then what? I do not have any job currently then do i have to pay for the apartment?

Your personal belongings are the only items that you can remove from the aqprtment. The problem is your right to access into the premises. Since you did not sign the lease, he has the right to prohibit you from entering.The solution is to call the police and ask them for assistance in removing your property.
