Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My question is this, I have had private photos of me, that I gave to another brought up in a divorce case in the state of Georgia. They were sent to a person and the wife hacked into his email and stole them. Not my divorce and I was wondering if this warrants a civil case? If I can bring a civil case against the person, using the Federal Computer Privacy Act?

federal cases are expensive, and you would have to prove damages. How much damages have you honestly incurred. My advice is turn the camera off when your not fully clothed, as those pictures usually come back to haunt you.
