Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have just been recently falsley accused of domestic battery and another misdemeanor something about me allegedly trying to keep her from calling 911 but now I have an order of protection keeping me from communicating with my child in the order she claims she is primary care giver but never has there been custody dispute and she and the child are living at a false address what is the next step for me
