restraining order and child custody

a restraining order was put on me falsely.it says visitation is reserved,do i get to see my 2 year old son as the paper says or do i have to wait until the hearing in two weeks. the mother is 17 and im 20

If you have been served with the order of protection you need to wait until the hearing, or file a motion,

You have to wait until the hearing. And you have to get an attorney to make sure that the restraining order does not become permanent (and you can kiss seeing your child goodbye). For some reason, too many people try to wing it at this early stage, and then wonder why its so hard to fix later. Get an attorney
