Separation Family Law
My husband and I separated three months ago. Both of our names are on the house. He wants to move back in. He says he will move back in and that I have no choice, as it is his house. I do not want him to move back in at this time. What recourse do I have? Can I keep him out?

Hire an attorney to file A Motion For Exclusive Possession and have him argue it in court. It is not a gimme, so you will have to have someone prepare for it properly.
