how do i setup a prenuptial agreement? can i do it myself? does it need to be registered with an attorney?

A prenup is a complicated document. It is not registered with anyone. Do you pull your own teeth? Do you do your own heart surgery? If you want it to be enforceable when it needs to be, do not be penny wise and pound foolish.
