Seventeen Year Old
My seventeen year old wants to move out when she turns 17,my question is am I still liable for her after she moves out? Do I have to go to court and file some type of paperwork? It has been very hard keeping her to stay until then

Hello. In my opinion you can still be held
responsible for your daughter's actions, until
she turns 18. However, at 17 she is still considered a minor in Illinois.
