Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

she says she's pregnant by my husband, but everytime it comes around to a doctor's appointment, either she goes by herself or the "doctor" cancels. Do I have any legal rights to find out if she is pregnant?

No - but the proof will come out (or not) soon enough, right? I'd recommend ignoring this kind of talk until a baby is born. A very cheap and quick (and painless) DNA test will resolve any question. The mother will undoubtedly want to have parentage established by an Illinois court, get child support, etc. Your husband will have the right to a DNA test if the mother claims the child is his. I wish you the best, this sounds like a very uncomfortable situation.
