Depends on the facts & circumstances leading up to your signature of the VAP. Also, which county you live in may also be a factor, as case-law in this area is a bit unusual. Talk to an attorney, because even in the best case scenario, you are given a very short amount of time to vacate the VAP. After that, what's done is done.
