I have a son with my ex girlfirnd she wasnt stable enough to take care of my son so she went to give costudy to her mom know her mom is giving her costudy back nut know she is trying to give costudy to her mom ex boyfriend. my question is what do i need to do to get costudy of my son

To get custody of your son you need to file a Petition for Custody. Given that you are the father, and it sounds like you do not currently have possession of the child, I would recommend moving as soon as possible. Let me know if you have any other questions.
