Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

my sons "father" is making the decision to baptize my son. His "father" has no legal custody or guardianship to my son, he doesnt pay child support, nor does he see hm more than 5 times a month. Is there any way as my sons mother and legal guardian, to stop this?

If you have custody, he has no right to have the child baptized. Seek an injunction barring him from baptizing the child.
