Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

my sons father is a person that i wont alon with my son he dosent watch him like hes suppose to when he leaves doors open he has gotton in to a physical fight with my daughter who was 16 at the time he has fought me and my daughters boyfriend every other time he comes to our house its a problem he is tyin to fight with some on that not the enviornment that i wont my son in i have a few police reports on him and some threatning voicemails on my phone we went to court but for child suppor and the judge wasent really trying to hear either side what can i do so that he gets supervised visitation.

Are you married? You don't even say so. If so, you're talking about a divorce. If you are NOT married and you want this man in your son's life you can file for child support and then visitations may be something that can be arranged. You can go to the State's Attorney for some options.
