In the state of illinois at what age in a infant required to stay overnight with the father if you have joint custody? what vitiation laws are there on how often the father takes the infant for visits?

There is no law per se. There are typical orders such as a non custodial parent gets alternate weekends and one night for dinner each week, alternate holidays and 2 weeks each summer. But every situation is different. Some parents want more involvement. As to overnight, the same situation - probably 2 years old for overnight, but some start when breast feeding stops. A gather can give a bottle just as well as a mother.
