Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

The swat team came to my ex wife's house and I don't know why. My daughter lives there half of the time and now I don't know if it's safe for her. My are my rights?

Without knowing why the SWAT team came, it is an unanswerable question. It could have gone to the wrong address. Who lives at the residence with your daughter. If they put your daughter at risk, you could seek custody, but you have to have facts to support your case, and not suppositions.
