switch my filed divorce from one county to another

can i switch my four year old divorce from the county it was originally filed in to the county i live in now? can i do this on my own with out an attourney to save costs. then retain an attorney to handle the problems im having

Usually no. There are exceptions and they all involve getting permission from the court the case is in now.
