Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am thinking about going after my childs "donor" for child support after 9 yrs.His name isnt on birth certificate and hes never had interest in her for 9 yrs but I am afraid he will try for visitation .(he has no license DUI in january(this is his second) and is on probation..What are the chances of him getting visitation now after 9 years and she doesnt know him at all? And if I should die does he automatically get her?

If by "donor" you mean a person with whom you has sex, you can seek child support, He or she can also seek visitation. Your effort is much easier than the others, A judge would order some type of therapeutic visitation to see what progress can be made in developing some type of relationship between parent and child.
