how do iget visitation rights to see my daughter i need to be in my childs life please help me thank you for your concern

First question: Have you been adjudicated to be the father of the child? If not, a person would need to establish paternity first, and then once that person is deemed to be the father with the court they can file a petition for visitation. Its a two step process really, unless paternity has already been acknowledged.
