Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

During his visitation time with the kids, my ex refuses to take the kids to their school activities (band rehearsal, basketball practice, sports games) and refuses to take the kids to their church they have been attending for the last 10 years. What can I do to make sure the kids go to their activities and go to church? I have sole custody. Divorced in 2015.

There is a school of thought that states that you had no right to sign up the kids for activities on his time without his consent. If you did so, he has the right to not take them to the things you did without his agreement, The contrary position is that it is hurting the kids. The g=fact that you have sole custody did not give you the right to take away from his time. Are you offering makeup time for the time he is losing to the activities you signed the kids up for without his agreement.
