Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If the weather is bad with warnings out, do I have to let the non-custodial parent pick up our child? I offered a trade day.

I'm taking a trip only during my weekend time with our Daughter. Does that count as my vacation days if it's my time? We both take vacation time at home as well.

I scheduled a day off for school for even though my ex refuses for her to miss a day of school. My current husband, Son, my Daughter and I fly to San Francisco to be with his family to celebrate Chinese New Year. Is that considered a wellness issue? It says she can miss school for health or wellness. Can he do anything?

1 - if the parent show up for his parenting time, you cannot deny them their time

2 - if you go away on your weekend, it is not vacation time, but if you are going out of town, you should tell the other parent know where you are going, and if there is ongoing telephonic contact, provide a phone number

3 = it is not a wellness issue, but maybe one day of vacation you use up, unless he agrees otherwise
