Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

my wife has a 401 k pension and she served me papers last week and on it it states that i am not / forbidden from taking half of it. is this true ? my question is that i was wondering by illinois law am i 100% able or not able to obtain half of what she collected thru the years? thank you

The court will divide the marital portion of the 401k through a QDRO.
