Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am wondrering what the legal motion "heading"...i.e motion to reconsider..... would be when you have a situation where during a divorce pendency, one spouse lied in a deposition. He stated that he had no pending cases regarding workers comp with his employer. It turns out he had 3 seperate cases pending at that very time of the deposition which resulted in about $20K in net payout. There is concrete evidence of the perjury and the resultant funds paid out. Im not sure what category it would be filed under to attempt to recover a portion of the monies.
