Legal Question in Medical Leave in Illinois

Employee schedule

I have an employee who's son unfortanely has had several surgeries since March 08. I have accomodated that employee with change of hours. The FMLA has been intermittent. She has needed to go to appointments. What the employee will not do upon request is give me a set schedule of his care needs so I can cover her position. She told me yesterday that she would not been in today. She has been informed that she cannot come and go. Today she came to work without authorization. As the employer what rights do we have with this employee to manage this difficult situation
