My Wife IS Bi Polar.She Is Going Through A Rough Time With It.I Was Taking Some TIME Off.One,Two Or Three Days At A Time.Which Was Ok With My Boss AT That Time.I Had Told My Boss That I Would Have To Take A Longer Time Off To Help Her Out.The Same Day Only That Afternoon He Layed Me Off.He Said To Get Her Some Help And Call Him Later.After She Was Well.What Rights do I Have When I Call Back To Tellem Iam Ready To Come Back.?
