Legal Question in Medical Leave in Illinois

I had surgery 10-9-09, I used 12 weeks of FMLA now I need a 2nd surgery. What are my options regarding my job since the first surgery failed.

You should check to see what your other leave options are. Successful surgical outcome has no bearing on FMLA entitlement. Depending upon the nature of your medical condition, you might be entitled to protection under the ADA and unpaid leave is a form of reasonable accommodation.
