Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois
My 17 year old daughter is being emotionally and verbally abused by another girl and her mother on Facebook. With all the attention in the media to these issues lately, is there any legal recourse available for this situation?

Have a local attorney send a cease and desist letter.

You may also want to contact Facebook directly as they probably have a policy in place for harassment issues.
