I am 24 years old I legally reside at home with my mother and father I am buying a motorcycle to use as a form of transportation he doesn't approve and is threatening to have it towed off the property I just wanted to know if it is legal to have it towed

You do not have a written lease so he can change the terms of what is comsidered to be a month to month tenancy. So on thirty days notice, he can require that the motorcycle be removed. If it is not, he cannot legally just have it removed. However, he can file an eviction and you will have to move with your motorcycle and other belongings.
