Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Illinois

Using another name

I called to make--name removed--reservation at--name removed--restaurant and they asked my name. I said my first name then said, no just put it under (such and such name). The hostess wrote down my first name and the last name I gave her, which was my boyfriends, who is married trying to get--name removed--divorce.

His wife found out and said she can sue me for using her last name and is threatening to do so. It was--name removed--misunderstanding between hostess and myself. I only wanted her to write down the last name. Can she sue me for using my name and her and her husbands last name?

Also, she is threatening to go to my boss and try and get me fired in the town I work in. Since I work for--name removed--police department and so does her husband. Can she get me fired too?
